Carsten ten Brink releases "Ghana at Work"

A book of "road photography" illustrating scenes of work in Ghana
21/11/2012
Carsten ten Brink has travelled extensively in Africa. In Ghana, he travelled thousands of kilometers throughout the country, documenting the life of its inhabitants. From Accra to Bolgatanga, from Wa to Cape Coast, in Techiman and Tamale, at the bridge at Bambi and the incredible bustle that is Kumasi, Ghanaians worked by the roadside. Ghana at Work was inspired by these scenes of activity.

A selection of the photographs are part of an exhibition of paintings and photographs "A World of Work" held in London in December 2012.

A large number of his paintings have been inspired by his travels in Africa.
